Is there a sure-fire way to get rid of Creeping Charley?
I know of a bunch of people who put windmills in their gardens to get rid of moles. The moles don't like the vibrations windmills make and stay away.
Another thing, moles are usually attracted to gardens because of grub. So treating for grubs in the yard can result in treating for moles as well. Best of luck!
Juicy fruit gum. They eat it and can't pass it.
Milky spore traps for the beetles that create the white grubs that the moles feed on. Or traps, most garden centers will have both.

Castor oil or a windmill - they hate vibrations
