Staining our deck without having it peel away after 1 season in Texas.

Stain #1 was Flood semi-transparent, 2nd time was Behr Deck-Over.

Deck over products have gotten a lot of bad reviews. Cracking and peeling within two years. Some people have had to scrape it off. Others had to replace deck boards because it can't be all removed.

flip the boards over if needed, add stain to a treatment like Thompsoms water sealant ...Thompsoms has a variety of colors
