What's the easiest way to get a private screened in porch?

I wanted to use lattice sheets on my side porch and then add screen material for a private, bug free porch. I'm just not sure how to do it . . .

I had my porches done last fall and really love it. First we screened the porch then put lattice on the outside to protect the screen. It looks really nice and makes a wonderful wind breaker. Both porches are now much more useable.
Definitely install the screen first, then the lattice. There are kits available with materials to put up the screen with that will also allow you to put the lattice on after it is installed.
