Should spacing in shower tile and bath floor tile be the same?

I am remodeling my bathroom and tiling my entire shower (walls and floor) and also tiling the entire bath floor. If I am using similar but different tile for the bath floor from the shower, should the spacing be the same or would the spacing in the floor tile be smaller or larger? Or does it matter? I just really want to do this right!

It doesn't matter because it's all a matter of taste. Ideally, if you're using the same tile you should use the same spacing.
If the tiles are the same size , then yes.
