Where can i take my tap water to be tested

i live near a water and trash plant--i am also 45 ft from the bay i am curious what chemicals are in my water. a standard water kit only gives the basic additives. thx

Check out an Engineering company that specialies in soil and water testing. Contact your local city or county government water/soil department.

You definitely need it tested! Usually there are extension offices or as Colleen posted contact the county government office to ask. With everyone having a website, you should be able to do a search and find out too. good luck!

In our area we are able to take samples, in cups they provide, to the Dept. of Health.
