I was wondering if anyone had glued fabric to roller shades?

I was wondering if anyone had glued fabric to roller shades, if so, did it last for a while or should I sew the fabric onto the shades. I am hanging blackout shades and sewing would put holes in the shade. Thanking you in advance

I think that you can manage with a spray adhesive and a fabric glue!
I agree with Cori, measure your fabric and put something on edges of fabric to stop it from fraying. Should be able to find this is fabric or sewing section of Wal-Mart, then use spray adhesive. Good luck!
I haven't done it personally , but have a friend that did it with spray on adhesive . The result was lovely !
