You can use a room divider, or 2 depending on their size, they can easily be moved from place to place, and you can even use them inside afterwards!
You can also run a curtain rod across the height of the area you want privacy, then add a few curtains to the rods! The black-out curtains keep heat out in the summer and save on the high cost of air-conditioning!
You could build a bench with a high back. See example I found online. Need it larger? Just build two or more and place next to each other. When you move, you can take it with you!
