It really depends on the door. If it's a light weight (hollow) sliding type door the rollers are replaceable. Often they are on a spring that wears out or needs to be adjusted. Other possibility is that the track it mounts on is bent, also replaceable. Good luck!

The roller won't stay up or its comes loose?
My pocket doors have a piece of metal on the adjuster to lock the adjuster in place.
