My deck is starting to bow down in the center. Best way to fix this?

To give a responsible answer, one needs much more info. Dimensions, existing posts, height from ground, size of joists, approx age of deck.
If you can get under the deck look for any loose, rotting joists. You can brace or replace any bad ones. If you can't get under it remove a few boards that are bowing down to access what needs to be done.
I don't know! Maybe get up under where it is bowing and jack it up until it is level and either replace the beam using the existing hangers or add joist hangers near the ones already and add a new beam and then take the old beam out.
