How can I dress up OSB to use as walkways?

I have several lenths of OSB that are wide enough to roll a garden cart down. Water can flow under and around them. They won't last forever, but there should be some way to make them look a little less raw. Stain, stencil, or what?

My first thought was ooh, no. Not OSB. We had OSB subfloors in a lake house that, unbeknownst to us, had been flooded in the past. The subfloors had deteriorated to the point that one of our construction workers actually fell through it. (The house was pier and beam.) Luckily no injuries.

In research though, it appears you can actually buy waterproof OSB, and they say a good outdoor paint will add to its water-resistance. So go for it. Pick a colorful paint that enhances your garden and have fun!

I didn't know it could be used outside unless it had a finished product to protect it. It sounds like it could add a lot of fun and appeal to your yard if used as a walkway and painted!! Have fun with it!!
