Stackable shelves and Rubbermaid bins!
I have used stainless steel shelves and rubbermaid containers in past projects. Pegboard if you have lots of tools that need organization.
I love the project that creates racks that hang from the ceiling. They are made to allow clear plastic bins to slide into.
