How do you clean torrazo flooring without big machines

I rented my house for a while and the flooring went unkept. Now it looks dirty, even when clean. It is very expensive to have it professionally cleaned.

You can do it yourself. Go to Home Depot rental dept. and rent their floor sander for a day. Home Depot has a instructional pamphlet that explains the sanding process and the sanding pads you will need. They sell the cleaner and the top coats. My husband and I did the entire house a few months ago. It came out shiney and new.
