Use a foam brush to avoid streaking.
Small roller thin coats maybe 2-4
I used a good quality little foam roller, and it turned out great!!
I agree with the above answers.... just finished painting my kitchen laminate cabinets and used 6" foam rollers... they have special 'Cabinet&Doors' rollers at Lowes... they worked great 3 thin coats..light sand before 3rd coat...make sure to wipe clean!
