Are you trying to seal the outside for leaks or cover up an ugly exterior?
While there is outdoor Mod Podge, I am not sure that you would get a really good seal all the way around the entire camper. Not to mention stones and other debris that could scratch and compromise the outer layer.
I would hate for you to go through so much work and then it doesn't stand up.

Have you looked at decals (large scale vinyl)?
I do not suggest mod podge for outside long term. Research camping world for deals made for campers.
