Take a spindle to a Home Improvement store or a lumber yard and see if they can match it up or something close to it.

Do you find a name tag of the maker on the rocker? If so, look this up on the web site, and then ask this question. They will be so happy to help you. Best wishes, J.

Try a park district with a woodshop program and you can either join it or you might be able to get someone to do it for you it's real easy to do they have all the machines you need to work with and the cost is low.

call local carpenters/ wood workers....any one with a lathe and tracer can duplicate exactly any spindle....also call local high schools/ community colleges who teach wood shop ....maybe it can be done for a couple dollars and a student gets graded on it...if you lived near me I would make it on my lathe in under an hour for a smile and a hug...or buy a small table lathe and tracer, make your own spindle...then you can also make candle sticks, wood eggs, turn wood bowls, table legs....and have a great profitable hobby....running used lathes are just as good and cheap....there are plenty of lathe tutorials on youtube.com...so easy and sooooo fun. Harbor freight has a good selection of lathes at really good prices...I raised my daughters to do wood working, weld, electrical and plumbing repairs, house painting, auto repair...jack-of-all-trades....now grown, they take care of all their own homes and autos just as good as a pro...even their husbands learn from them
