what kind of noise? Singing? Ask them to stop... Water? We really need more information, I don't mean to sound cheeky but tell us what the issue is.
Could be air in the pipes. Contact your local plumbing company and ask their advice. Best of luck.
Air in the pipes or hard water in he shower head. We replaced our shower head and the noise stopped.
