They have a down spout screen, plus screen for the entire gutter. Lowe's or home depot
They sell gutter guards which prevent leaves and twigs from clogging up rain gutters. Not expensive and worth the investment.
YOU CAN HAVE SMALL SCREENING INSTALLED OVER THE FULL GUTTER. INSTALLED BY A PRO, OR DO IT YOURSELF.
WE HAVE LOTS OF TREES, & THIS "WORKS" TO AVOID THE GUTTER FROM FILLING UP, & THE DOWN SPOUT FROM CLOGING. A TWO FOLD REMEDY.

They make a piece of plastic that feed down the drain. It kinda looks like a cactus with spikes that run the length of it. It goes by different names like "Drain Daisy" very inexpensive in comparison to a plumbers and snakes.
