They sell holders for this purpose. Or roll them nicely and place in a drawer or purchase non slip suit hangers and place on them and hang in your closet.
It seems as though this has been answered. I'll just add one more idea. May be you could take a tension curtain rod and adjust it to fir horizontally from the front of closet to back wall by corner on one end. Apply two sided glue type tape so ties won't slide off or rubber bands.
