My peonies have stopped producing flowers- what can I do?

They still grow and look nice and green.

How old are they,they may need to be divided.
They may be getting too much nitrogen (fertilizer) which will result in nice green growth but no flowers.
Give them a cup of bone meal in the spring and fall. Good for any flowering plants - bulbs too! They may need dividing if they have been there a good long time.
