This old piece was ready for the trash, instead I brought in school to show my students how to they can use their talents to transform an old piece of furniture. I used bright colors and was inspired by Key West. I am always checking the sales rack for paint. It is amazing how much you can save. My students also did their own piece of furniture and took pride in the process of sanding and good craftsmanship.
