You can try using castor oil
If you treat the lawn for grubs, the moles usually go away. It is their primary food source. The up side of that is that many of the grub control products also kill tick larvae.
Moles are after grubs. Get rid of the grubs and the moles will leave.
Purchase a mole eliminator which is sold at tool outlets, etc. Check to see coverage area; may need two. Sticks in ground like solar light but gives off sonic waves underground that rids you of pests.
I've had success with garlic.
