Honestly no there will not be enough drainage
I've never used a liner. I don't see the point (unless you don't want to get your container dirty or wet). I use a layer of sterile gravel, marbles, etc. in my containers so the soil doesn't stay soggy on the bottom.
Really the only time I see liners used is with orchids so you can soak the wood chips in water and let drain before putting it back in the decorative pot.
