I want to paint my front door and it's metal. Can I use interior paint?

If your door is fully exposed (as in no screen door) I would not recommend the interior paint at all. Unless you add a polyurethane spray over once done. Because the interior paint is not made to withstand the elements and will peel and crack, as you are having it do a job it's not intended for
No you will need a paint formulated for steel or it will peal.
