first question what kind of use will it see. Prcelain will crack and break if you drop somethign heavy on it. Lock vinyl could give you a smoother look and definitely wont crack, but certain types of locks will warp if they get wet.
I just found a waterproof product for my kitchen that is click and lock. It has a vinly cover over an engineered cork base. Called Coretek it comes in all style and colors.
For a sunroom, I would use a luxury vinyl plank flooring. It is simple to put down, completely waterproof and comes in hundreds of patterns.....from tile to wood, etc. Since a sunroom may have humidity or moisture issues....and possibly plants being watered, boots being stored, etc....this would be a great option.
I used peel and stick tile in my sunroom, and it worked out beautifully. It was simple to do and when my husband got stain on some of the tiles, I just pulled them up and replaced them with some of the extras I had.
I just installed snap and click vinyl in our new sunroom. I put the same product in my basement last year. Only way to go. Must softer under foot that tile and very easy to keep clean.
Go with the tile. We just built a new sunroom and they get very hot . Tile is cooler and when you spill when you're watering plants it won't seep under and lift or rot the floor.

I misspelled the name: Coretec Plus. It is made by US Floors. I found it at a local floor/carpet store.
Ceramic tile is very easy to keep clean. Vinyl wood flooring is not made to get wet. I would go with the Ceramic tile.
Thank you. Actually the new luxury vinyl flooring is 100% waterproof. Even if it gets wet, it won't warp and can be dried out and put back down.
We used brick. Ten years old and still not sorry. About a fourth inch thick. Cool to my bare feet.
