    Place a bowl of apple cider vinegar covered with saran wrap with some holes.

    May be termites. Call an exterminator to be sure or look up the difference between ants and termites on the net. Their bodies are different.

  • I agree, call someone in. It wasn't until I was a homeowner that I found out about flying termites . . . Generally a consult is free. Just don't get sucked in buying services you may not need - like my poor neighbor next door that had crickets and someone convinced her they were roaches . . . Took me 2 months of haggling with the sharks that scared her and sucked her in to a contract she didn't need and couldn't really afford.

    Spray them with the "old style Aquanet hairspray". It freezes their wings, works on wasp and bees too!
