dig a hole the size you want. Cover it with plastic (painters plastic). Use stones around it to keep the plastic in place. You can use anything you want around it really. If you want a water pump you can find them at any home store for a reasonable price. Fill with water. Koi are hearty fish for ponds. Cheap and easy!
