What will grow quickly and give the most privacy in a very wet area?

We are in zone 5, it gets below 30 in the winter. We often have strong winds most seasons. The area of our backyard we want to fill is very wet most of the time.

I like the red twig type as the stems add nice color year round.
I would plant marsh grasses...think cattails .....they actually like the water....most plants do not like having constantly wet roots and develope root rot, but marsh grasses actually love the moister.
I have heard willow trees love wet surroundings.
Check your local nursery for willow hybrids that like moist soil that will provide wind breaks for your backyard.
