When is the best time to trim Juniper bushes.....?

When is the best time to trim these bushes back? I have a lot of new growth and it needs to be trimmed back. Thanks so much!

My landscaper told me you can prune juniper virtually anytime because they are vigorous growers.
As long as it is not to hot you can trim them at any time,Try to avoid extreme heat .
They are hardy, but only trim about 1/3 of branches at a time if they are old, established bushes. A hard cut wont kill them, but they will take a while to fill in again
