    Rodent (mouse) glue traps will catch anything that crawls.

    If you are talking about those little pests that like to show up a couple of weeks a year, I just wait them out. They're harmless and leave pretty quickly. There is no way you could seal your home up to the point that they wouldn't find a way in.

    I worked for years in a school that had a wonderful chem teacher. When they come each year, he told me to mix: Lemon Dawn dish soap, you can use a cheaper brand, 1/2 cup with lemon juice, 1/2 cup and about 2 cups water, make stronger with a large infestation. Place in a spray bottle and spray everything outside the house. It takes a few days and maybe 2 to 3 applications, but they move on. When it rains heavy I reapply. I have done this for 4 years and rarely see one of the little charmers
