What can I use besides nuts and bolts to make this tin man?

I used wire to attach legs to body and nuts and bolts in all others. It was a chore! Any suggestions would be appreciated!

How about trying E-6000 glue? It says it works on metal! It should hold-up well outside, too. There is also the option of welding. Would be a neat skill to add to your bag of tricks! Have fun!

    Have you considered pop rivets?

I bought some rivets and borrowed the tool, but haven't learned how to use it yet. I really like the idea of using the metal rather than a glue. Thanks for the suggestion.

He is adorable. I was going to suggest zip ties, but that would be just as bad as the wire you used. I like the glue suggestion.

E6000 holds up well in outdoor weather including what we get in the Midwest.
