What's the best DIY way to hide ugly but necessary electrical boxes?

I need help covering my ugly electrical stuff in my front yard. It's one of the fir things you see when you drive up to the house and I would like to hide it somehow! Thanks!

    Maybe a simple piece of latticework attached to the front of the safety bars painted the same color your house is

    How about an enclosure in PVC material that will withstand weather and discoloration and doesn't need to be painted? I would also put a domed/prefab cover over the window well and get rid of the weeds. Plant something like loriope every 3-4 feet that will propagate, can be thinned out every few years, doesn't attract slugs/snails, needs little care and adds color. Love my loriope.

    Try planting some elephant ear bulbs near the base of the box. They grow fast and have big leaves that cover large areas, or plant a pot of purple fountain grass, grows tall, spreads out wide and is beautiful.

    They are already painted a neutral color. I like the idea of a short trellis in front of the safety bars. Or something else from the garden dept. Removing any weeds or other unnecessary items from the area would help it look better. I happen to like clover as a ground cover, and remember that famous saying: Ugly utility pipes are like opinions: everybody's got 'em.

    We just bought this house, so we haven't had a lot of time to do a lot of exterior work yet. The whole interior of the house is a renovation in itself. Thanks for your advice!! I appreciate it!!
