Is Milk paint the same as chalk paint? If not, what's the difference?
If not, how is one used verses the other?

They are made with different ingredients. Chalk paint is easier to sand and distress because the finish is easier to scuff. Milk paint is like a protective coating that is difficult to sand and chips instead of rubs.
