I would leave them at this point. I am sure they will be fine. I had a friend that never touched his and they always looked amazing, so don't fret! Are they table grapes or wine grapes?
I would say, that all depends on what you are going for. Pruning is done to remove leaves, and and vines that use food, which is better used by the fruit. Bigger, and sweeter fruit is the result. If you are happy with what you have, then don't prune. Pruning is usually done when the plant is dormant, and it is a bit late in the season for drastic pruning. You can still trim some leaves, that are shading the fruit, if you want to do something to help them along.

Thanks, we do what the grapes. I will watch and trim some leaves.
Years ago I had a concord grape vine. We never trimmed it and had a huge crop each year. We made an arbor for it to climb and it loved it. I kept one side clear to plant gourds for my mom to use in the fall.
Thank you that is encouraging. We did figure out last year that he was trimming back too much. We really need to get something better for them to climb on so they are easier to pick.
