What can I do about Yellow Leaves on my roses?

Just ripped out overgrown bushes and planted new ones. They're doing super except 2 ever-blooming roses. All the evergreens and even the few deciduous ones I bought are OK. Do the roses need a shot of something? Is something lacking in the soil?
