I haven't done this myself, but just read about a product 'heirloom traditions ReLuv leather stain' . you could simply paint on a navy colour to refresh the set
Mohawk has products for restoring you leather furniture if you don't want to paint it.
Try a material called Naugahyde if u don't want leather

I've used cream/paste shoe polish the color of the leather then followed up with a good leather conditioner. Works great and really inexpensive. You may have to buy the shoe polish online.
