We need to know how and why it's leaning. It usually means one of 2 things:
In either case, the best thing to do is replace the post and get it into the ground properly. Doing a brace like you want is more work. You're going to be digging a hole and properly sinking a post, not to mention cutting and getting the brace in place. And the fence is just going to start leaning again sooner or later. If the post is rotted out, it's going to lean a lot sooner.
The absolute laziest possible thing to do that will work long term is to properly install a brand new post right beside the existing one, and drive a few big lag bolts from the old post into the new one or stick them together with metal strapping.
