What is the best product to resurface a 34 x 12 foot deck?

What is the best product to resurface a deck that's 34 x 12 foot? The deck currently has "Sonoguard" coating. We don't want wood or "Trex."

The deck faces west and gets full afternoon sun and lots of rain here in the Northwest.
