We bought a medicine cabinet that you can hang on the wall from Lowes. Perhaps that would work for you too?

You can buy a store bought ready made one from any store, or you can make one yourself from a thrift store mirror and a knick knack shelf box or even round as the same size as the mirror square or round as well, some hinges and a hanging hook..
Check into one of those over the toilet cabinets.
How about some small stacking baskets to his everything on the counter
I used a 5 drawer plastic rolling unit in my rented house. It was counter height 20" square. They sell them at Walmart.
We have an over the toilet cabinet, hubby has it filled with medications, deodorant, etc, also we have stair step shelves we bought separately so the bottles are easier to organize.
