My kitchen cabinets are embarrassingly greasy. Please share your degreasing tips with me so I don't have to cringe every time I glance at my cabinets.
You can't remove them, but you can cover them. Find a wood cleaner/conditioner that comes in approx. the same color (used for furniture scratches). Any big box store can help you find what will match.
I agree with Marcie. It will make them virtually unnoticeable.
This sounds crazy, but it usually works. Boil a small amoutn of water in a pan. Add a couple of regular teabags. Let them soak just long enough to get them thoroughly wet. Squeeze them out well, but not completely. Apply them to the scratched area. Just cover the scratches and let them sit for several minutes. The remaining moisture in the teabags will help the wood to expand and fill in the scratches a bit, and the tea itself will stain the wood slightly to help cover it up. Afterwards, just buff with a soft cloth.
If its just a small scratch , rubbing the meat of a walnut into the scratch has worked for me in the past.
