Shower door won't stay closed!!

My sliding shower door will not stay closed. Both doors drift back open about 1.5" to 1.75" instead of staying flush with door frame.

Can this be a simple adjustable?

Check if the top rail is level. It could have gotten bent somehow. If is not level you can remove the doors then remove the rail and gently bend it back straight.

If both doors are drifting toward the center, it sounds to me as if the supporting rail has been bent at the center point, in which case, you need to replace it. If only one door was drifting, I'd say you have a leveling problem, but that is not what you described.

I'd suggest checking the frame and individual doors to see if everything is plumb and level. The shower doors (rollers) can be adjusted accordingly. Remember each side frame has a bumper preventing the doors from closing completely. I just installed sliding doors in the master bath. Easy peasy with the directions. Take your time and everything will work out. Best of luck
