Get Rid of Clutter in all the Rooms, give the woodwork and Walls a good cleaning and then to Freshen up every room with a Good Paint Job on the Walls in lighter colors, Paint the Front door, you can paint the Storm door too... Fix and paint the Porch Railings and Railings on the Steps.. Clean all the Windows and Storm windows in the house inside and out.., Power wash the outside of house.. just getting rid of the bugs and Cob webs by the outside lights does wonders.. New outdoor light fixtures by the entry doors or if you can't afford to buy new ones , take the old ones down and give them a coat of Spray paint, ( make sure to cover the area where the bulb screws in..), Add a new style of doorknob at each entry way.. I just noticed that my door knobs could use an update, they are starting to corrode... Replace the storm door with a different style.. if you like Shutters or window boxes add them... get rid of shrubs and weeds around the house.. that are really old or dying... , if you want you can paint the foundation or add a Brick or stone veneer or update your mail box with a new coat of paint or replace it and the post.. Hope these ideas give you some ideas..
