Hole in the wall entrance
Hello, I have this hole in the wall of the main entrance of my house and do not know what I can do?
For something pretty simple, you can stencil a curtain and hang that as a makeshift door that adds character as well.
You could use a pretty room divider screen (make one yourself out of old doors, etc). Just set it in place to close off the area, and then move it when you need access. This way, the corridor can be re-opened at any time when you don't want to use it for storage any longer.
thank you
How about a pair of pretty louvered or panel doors that open at the center. They're not very heavy, so won't need a strong framework to attach them to, and can easily be removed later on. Also, they only need a small latch to keep them closed.
