There problem with a bleach stain is that it removes the color, so its hard to return the color. Home Depot carries a product that allows you to re-color your counter tops. It's approx. 20.00 . Alternatively, you can get a nice plant to put over the stain- good luck!

Previous post pretty much covers it. When the color has been removed you can't remove the removal. One way, of course, is new top. But depending on location there used to be an in counter glass cutting board available that we used a couple of times. Don't know if it is still available . You could also make a butcher block cutting board with a lip that would let you drop it into a hole cut in the top. Same kind of solution.

Unfortunately, the bleach ring is permanent. Formica is actually a plastic surface, so the bleach removes the color from it. You could consider using one of the Formica refinishing kits to re-do the entire top if you want to save it They are available at most home centers and can make the countertop look like granite, marble, etc.

You could get just a leftover piece of granit or quartz to inset in that area or just set on top of spot.

The color has been removed and there is no bringing it back. You could refinish the formica or cover it with an attractive or very similar contact paper which is easily removable.
