the bathroom door knob it's you in the butt when you go in the sink is next to it then the toilet is in the other side and beside of it is bath tub only one person at a time in there

sounds like the bathroom in my camper....designed like a toilet in the shower.....you sit on the toilet and the shower is directly overhead...unless you are up to completely knocking out walls, replumbing...there isn't much you can do
Are you able to change the door to a pocket door? Or if you have enough space outside of the bathroom, change it to a sliding barn-style door? That would free up lots of space in the bathroom.

Our guest bath is really small...just a typical builder grade bathroom, but we painted it and added some accessories and spiffed it right up!
