How can you make a patio water feature from a galvanized cattle water?

First idea is my favorite and what i eventually plan to do in my backyard. Its from one of the DIY yard crasher episodes.
position it in a corner if possible and put some evergreens behind it and then build up around the front forming a rock garden to cover up to the tank edge. then put in a fountain and water lillies or other waterplants.
