End Table Upcycle

by Gabe
These two endtables were rescued from a local antique consignment shop, and were battle ship grey when I picked them up. My wife wanted something original and she picked out the cranberry satin finish, I distressed the tables and then used a dry brush technique to add depth to the distress look.

Looks very nice with the two chairs, bringing out the cranberry color. Great job and I especially like the drawer for stashing coaster, remotes, etc.

Love the colour - perfect for the chairs and walls. Sorry, am not a fan of the distressed look. Always appears to me that the item needs a good coat of paint. LOL
