How to clean and patch vinyl siding?

Clean it with a pressure washer . Not sure what you mean by patch. If you have a piece that is broken or cracked , contact the manufacturer for replacement . They are not that hard to pop out and put back in .
You can use a pressure washer, but be careful not to get water behind the siding. You can also use a long handled brush and any standard siding cleaner (available at most home centers). After scrubbing, rinse well with a water hose.
