What can you create in art, with unwanted photographs?

I would like to remove the picture from it's backing by dissolving it and carefully putting it onto a card. How is this done?

I have used the second way to transfer photos to cards.

I love spray adhesive for this job, if the photo survives the paper's dissolving. Let the photo thoroughly dry before affixing to a card. Best wishes 😇
