My question is how can I paint flower pots so they glow in the dark?

I bought a can of glow-in-the-dark paint at Walmart, but Home Depot carried it, too. For flower pots, I think I would paint the pots with some high gloss paint, then the gitd paint so you could take advantage of the close reflection. It still wouldn't hurt to have a solar light or two nearby to generate more reflection. Best wishes 😇
You can use a glow in the dark spray paint and then seal it with a uv clear spray paint.
The paint takes 3-4 coats. Paint has to dry very thoroughly. I could only find a very small can of the paint, so I bought two. Probably will try to find larger can next time.
