What can I do to change the look of my old porcelain tile backsplash?

www.hgtv.com had dozen of ideas on redoing any type of backsplash
I don't know about aluminum, but they make stick on tiles at home depot and lowes that you just place right over the old ones. I have heard really good things and they come in all different types.
You can even paint tile!
